📋 Description

• The Senior Systems Analyst will be responsible for applying system analysis and design techniques to complex computer systems with multiple users, to produce innovative solutions for a variety of complex problems. • Gathers information from users, defines work problems, and plan projects to enable analysts and programmers to develop required results. • Guides users in formulating requirements; advises on alternatives and on the implications of new or revised computer systems/applications technology. • Analyzes user project proposals, identifies omissions and errors in requirements, and recommend optimal solutions and develops system design for approved projects. • Coordinate testing scenarios for system changes and enhancements and work with teams to move changes to production. • Prepares and gives presentations to user management for issues and possible solutions, so decisions can be made. • May serve as lead analyst in a design subgroup, directing and integrating the work of analysts, each responsible for several areas or systems. • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. • Ensure proper change management for system changes as well at attend Governance meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent. • One to two (1-2) years of computer support experience, preferred. • Experience with hospital systems, preferred. • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, preferred. • Requires knowledge and experience in IDX, for modules BAR, TES and the Payer Contract Module. • Experience of the Athena IDX applications DBMS, Cache SQL, Dictionaries, BAR, TES, 837 claims, 835 remit setup and posting, and HL7 Interfaces. • Work well with others and have communication skills to interact with other departments to determine requirements for system setup and changes.
