📋 Description
• Apply change management strategies as defined by the Change Management lead • Use recommended change management toolset and processes • Support employees, contractors, and management affected by digital transformation initiatives • Continuously focus on the human side of change and communicate between project teams and stakeholders • Establish plans and actions to reduce resistance to changes induced by projects • Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives to assist them in their change sponsor roles • Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers • Facilitate change processes on the business side • Measure change impact • Conduct change management assessments • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics • Create actionable OCM results and integrate them into the project plan • Support training efforts • Assist organizational planning and defining roles and responsibilities • Assess and ensure user readiness • Track and report issues
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 4 years experience in Change Manager role • English proficiency: at least C1 (fluent) • Project management experience preferred • PROSCI or other change management certification • Manufacturing industry experience preferred
