• You are a creative problem-solver and can bring ideas, storyboards, and content outlines to life through writing, presentation design, video production, and training curriculum. • You are an excellent and compelling communicator who has a passion for storytelling and enjoys crafting narratives that engage the audience. • Designing and creating content that follows a strategic framework is part of your creative process. • You build collaborative relationships with your internal and cross-functional stakeholders including sales, solution engineers, customer success and product marketing. • You are organized and excellent at multitasking, are self-driven, and can work both independently and with a cross-functional team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Instructional Design, or related field. • Strong skillset in content strategy, content operations and visual communications. • Strong understanding of content management systems and workflow tools. • Experience in process improvement and change management. • Knowledge of content creation and distribution processes across various digital channels. • Proven experience in content creation, preferably in a sales enablement or training role. • Experience with industry-leading sales enablement technology such as sales enablement platforms. • Strong instructional design skills with experience designing and creating content via various modalities. • Ability to think strategically and align content creation efforts with sales enablement goals. • Proficiency in graphic design tools and presentation software. • Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to assess effectiveness of content initiatives. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Thorough and detail-oriented. • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends. • Excellent project management skills. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. • Ability to travel as needed.
