Description
• Bridge the gap between the business needs and the engineering team • Represent enterprise's needs in a technical and testable manner • Define and capture requirements • Organize and prioritize features and stories • Interpret existing backend API capabilities as a model layer • Manage requirement changes and integrate with the change management process • Ensure requirements test coverage and tracking • Collaborate with the extended team • Thoroughly document system requirements • Utilize contemporary tools such as Jira and Confluence • Participate in domain modeling • Work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on business analysis experience • Expertise in identifying and understanding problems and opportunities • Ability to articulate the needs associated with the key problem or opportunity • Expertise in documenting system requirements • Effective collaboration and facilitation skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Quick absorption and understanding of business domains • Experience with epics and story definition • Self-driven, team player • Bachelor's degree • Authorization to work for any employer in the US
