Description

• Lead Agile development teams from project inception through delivery and beyond • Coordinate activities across multiple teams and support all inter/intra team communication • Track, report, and communicate status, risks, and issues to various levels of management • Establish and lead agile ceremonies and provide proactive management of Jira board(s) • Foster effective teamwork and working relationships for the internal team, cross-functionally as well as with leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in technical project management or software development using Agile methodologies • Fluency in Confluence and Jira toolsets for both setup and ongoing execution • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to distill status/risk/issue information as appropriate • Effective facilitator and presenter with a strong ability to operate and collaborate with cross-functional, distributed, and co-located teams • Ability to adeptly manage through project dependencies and concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment with the ability to predict challenges to head off obstacles or escalate appropriately • Must be able to think critically and able to self-manage • Bachelor's degree; SaFE and/or CSM, Agile PM cert a plus • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US
