• Lead demand generation strategy and programs for Absolute • Manage growth marketing team, including full-funnel demand generation • Develop and execute global demand generation strategies • Align Marketing & Sales efforts with revenue targets • Analyze performance data and manage budgets • Collaborate with sales to align programs with business objectives • Develop a culture of experimentation and innovation
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of experience in B2B demand generation with proven record of managing global teams and leaders • Understanding of the latest innovations and AI marketing tactics • Experience in high-growth or dynamic environment with ability to adapt • Strong understanding of marketing automation, ABM tech stack, and CRM platforms • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Superlative writing and editing skills • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
