• Day-to-day administration of salesforce lightning instances, including onboarding new users and training when required. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an effort to gather information and scope projects comprehensively. • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, requirements gathering and analysis, business process development, creating flow charts, and user story/use case development • Responsible for documentation such as Business Requirement Specification / Case, Project Scope, User Stories/Jira Cards • Experience working across the entire project lifecycle, with experience in the creation of test scripts and testing to validate requirements • Build a strong understanding of our in-house products and services, and gradually become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). • Identify opportunities for system upgrades by gathering user feedback and requirements to meet business needs. • Work with managers in scoping appropriate capabilities, reports, and dashboards in support of the company’s initiatives.
• Min. 1 year of previous experience as Salesforce Administrator / Salesforce Business Analyst / Salesforce Consultant having strong knowledge of administration and configuration, with a proven track record of managing the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects. • Experience working within an Agile environment • Good communication and collaboration skills • Salesforce admin knowledge includes permission control, automation tools (Eg Flow, Process Builder, Workflow), etc • Experience using tools such as Salesforce Data loader, change set migration tool • Hands-on experience using flow-chart tools (e.g. Lucid Chart, Miro, etc.) • Microsoft Office proficiency • Experience with relational databases and/or SQL is highly desirable. • Salesforce Certifications are highly desirable but not a necessity
