• Als GenAI Lead Architekt (m/w/d) übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer Generative AI (GenAI) Architekturen. • Du gestaltest die technische Strategie und sorgst für eine optimale Integration von Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Knowledge Graphs und weiteren KI-Technologien in Unternehmenslandschaften. • Konzeption und Design skalierbarer GenAI-Architekturen auf Basis von Cloud-Technologien (Azure oder european Dienste bei Cloud Services) und On-Premise-Lösungen. • Evaluierung und Integration moderner LLM-Frameworks (z.B. LangChain, LangFuse, OpenAI, Hugging Face). • Implementierung effizienter Pipelines für Vektordatenbanken, Datenmodellierung und MLOps-Prozesse. • Fachliche Führung von interdisziplinären Teams aus Data Scientists, ML Engineers und Softwareentwicklern. • Beratung von Stakeholdern zu Use Cases, Governance, Sicherheit und Compliance in GenAI-Projekten. • Erprobung neuer Fine-Tuning-Techniken wie LoRA, Adapter Layers und domänenspezifischer Modelloptimierungen. • Entwicklung von APIs und Microservices für nahtlose KI-Einbindung in bestehende Unternehmenslösungen, BI-Plattformen und Chatbot-Anwendungen.
🎯 Requirements
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Solutions Architect, AI Engineer oder Data Scientist mit Fokus auf GenAI, Machine Learning oder Data Engineering. • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, SQL und Cloud-Architekturen (Azure oder european Dienste bei Cloud Services). • Erfahrung in der technischen Führung von Teams und Projekten mit agilem Ansatz (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps). • Fähigkeit, komplexe KI-Architekturen verständlich für Entscheider und Stakeholder aufzubereiten. • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
