• Oversees financial performance of key business segments across global operations • Own the annual budget, monthly & quarterly forecast, and long-range planning processes • Design and refine detailed financial models that forecast and analyze functional costs • Prepare internal and external monthly & quarterly management reporting • Own and maintain Workday Adaptive to ensure data is accurate • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams • Support executive management with timely ad hoc reporting • Actively seek and participate in Corporate FP&A process improvements • Support monthly close processes, including in-depth variance analysis • Availability during Pacific time zone working hours
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field; MBA preferred • 12+ years of experience in FP&A, Big 4 Accounting, or private equity • In-depth experience with Adaptive and working knowledge of NetSuite • outstanding analytical skills and proven ability to simplify large amounts of data • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience developing and delivering presentations • Advanced knowledge of Excel, proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite • Experience in 3 statement financial modeling • Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously • Experience working with large datasets, automation, or business intelligence skills • Use of Power BI or other data manipulation and visualization tools a plus • Unwavering ethical standards
