📋 Description
• Enrollment Counselors work with the Enrollment Marketing and Communications Team and are accountable for recruiting and enrolling students to achieve the organization's student enrollment growth objectives. • They will coordinate all aspects of assisting prospective students with the application and enrollment process. • Serve as an enrollment expert to students and families. • Participate in outbound calling campaigns to recruit potential applicants. • Assist prospective students throughout the application process, including follow-ups and completing necessary tasks for enrollment. • Develop and maintain accurate records of all communications. • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets/quotas. • Other duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Sales, or a related field preferred • A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in telemarketing or call centers is required. • Demonstration of a clear state and federal criminal history • Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
