📋 Description

• Support the backbone of critical banking operations ensuring system stability and performance. • Investigate and solve incidents, perform root cause analyses, and contribute to long-term solution strategies. • Maintain and support key banking applications running on Linux and Oracle environments. • Improve documentation and internal standards by sharing insights and solutions with the team. • Collaborate with a dynamic team of 40+ support engineers, proactively learning from experienced peers. • Leverage tools such as Graylog, SNMP, and Jira to manage incidents, track issues, and support operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of experience in an application support or similar technical role. • Solid experience with Linux (Redhat), Shell scripting, and Oracle databases. • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. • Business-level English (B2+). • Excellent communication and attention to detail. • Self-driven with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. • Nice to have: Familiarity with Agree21 banking software, experience with monitoring tools (Graylog, SNMP), knowledge of Jira and general ITIL best practices, understanding of incident management and RCA processes.
