📋 Description
• Act as the technical expert for Microsoft-based workplace solutions. • Capture client needs, design tailored architectures, and deliver high-value solutions. • Enhance Identity & Access Management by designing and implementing secure IAM solutions with Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, PIM, and RBAC. • Configure and manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. • Define governance strategies and best practices to maximize the value of Microsoft 365 tools. • Lead Exchange migrations, Teams rollouts, and SharePoint upgrades. • Deploy security tools to optimize and manage endpoints across devices. • Design and implement Azure Virtual Desktop solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in designing & implementing Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions. • Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Windows 11, Defender. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to design scalable and secure solutions. • Experience with presales, technical consulting, and proposal development (RFPs, SOWs, roadmaps). • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Solutions Architect Expert). • Security & Compliance expertise related to Microsoft 365 environments. • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills to foster growth within technical teams. • Experience in hybrid cloud environments and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) solutions (Nice to Have). • Familiarity with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Graph API, Intune automation) to streamline workplace operations (Nice to Have).
