Description

• Contribute to the digitization and modernization of a banking application. • Continue to learn and refine software engineering skills while supporting colleagues. • Develop new or modified software products or ongoing business projects. • Evaluate, assess, and recommend robust software solutions for assigned tasks. • Ensure high-quality code delivery within agreed time estimates. • Identify areas of improvement in existing programs and drive continuous improvement. • Collaborate closely with team members, including Software Engineers and Product Owners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Java • Good knowledge of Java 17 and Java ecosystem frameworks (e.g. Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Data) • Working experience with relational database and ORM (JPA / Hibernate) • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking • Effective communication skills in English & German
