Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technology field, advanced degree preferred. • 3-5+ years as a Product Manager, with at least 2 years of experience in ATS, HR technology, or similar integrations. • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, data integration, and experience working with technical teams. • Familiarity with major ATS platforms and a solid understanding of the ATS ecosystem. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
