• Acentra Health exists to empower better health outcomes through technology, services, and clinical expertise. • Lead the Way is our rallying cry at Acentra Health. • Acentra seeks a Business Analysis, Specialist to join our growing team. • The role of the Business Analysis, Specialist is to be accountable for driving transformational change in the Health and Social Services Industry in collaboration with the product, architecture, and business development teams. • Position is remote, based in the state of Georgia, may require up to 25% travel. • Translate your deep experience in Medicaid Health Care from current customers and future customers to software solutions. • Define product requirements and demonstrate a deep understanding of current and future project and product roadmaps. • Work closely with product owner(s) and other stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are well defined, documented and represents our desired customer user experience. • Drive industry best in class designs and usability. • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps. • Support the testing practice through contribution and/or development of test cases; as well as test execution as required. • Collaborate with business development on market opportunities and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 7+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Attention to detail and capability to define and document business processes. • In depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and software release governance • Understanding of the importance of data governance and data quality • Analyst experience in Medicare, Medicaid or Health care preferred • Conversant in technology architectures including Java, .NET, Oracle, Modern Front End Javascript frameworks, API (REST, SOAP), NoSQL, Microservices
