Acentra Health offers you unparalleled opportunities. • Acentra seeks a Healthcare Solution Architect to join our growing team. • As a Senior Healthcare Solution Architect, you will play an integral role in bridging business and technology to meet organizational needs. • You will be responsible for solutioning, designing, and supporting the implementation of new business capabilities and technologies to enhance business processes. • This role is a member of the Design Engineering Excellence Team and you will report to the Director of Design Engineering Excellence. • The list of accountabilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties that management may deem necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 - 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s Degree with 7 years of experience, in business solutioning and implementation within the healthcare domain. • Strong expertise in SDLC methodologies, including waterfall, hybrid agile, and agile/scrum frameworks, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business units and technology teams on major initiatives. • Self-driven and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision. • Extensive experience providing business and technical solution guidance across various subject matter areas. • In-depth understanding of healthcare business operations, technology systems, tools, and applications. • Excellent customer relationship management skills, with proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and facilitate productive meetings. • Demonstrated experience in leading Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and presenting complex business requirements through client demonstrations.
