Description

• The Vendor Sourcing Specialist is responsible for sourcing and contracting with new vendors. • This role will focus on the full vendor acquisition cycle, including sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with vendors. • The Vendor Sourcing Specialist will own the relationship with vendors post launch and ensure compliance with internal teams' requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in vendor sourcing, procurement, or a similar role. • Proven track record in successful negotiation and vendor management. • Understanding of the global incentive market. • Strong understanding of contract management and legal compliance. • Excellent communication and relationship management skills. • Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
