🎯 Requirements
• 7 or more years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years leading high-performing marketing teams • Prior success in DTC channels with a deep understanding of digital marketing and demand generation • Highly proficient with Martech & Marketing Automation to scale execution • Strong brand-building experience tied back to overall financial targets and company performance • Experience in product marketing (messaging, product launches, strategy, etc.) • Expert knowledge of metrics that measure marketing effectiveness and able to leverage them to drive decision-making • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator
