• Achieve Test Prep's mission is to make higher education more accessible and affordable for working adults. • Maintain, upgrade and manage software and assist staff with IT-related problem solving. • Set up system requirements for new hires. • Ensure that technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. • Install and configure software. • Set up accounts and monitor compliance to the IT security policy. • Troubleshoot issues and promptly resolve queries. • Ensure security through access controls, backups and accurate record keeping of account details. • Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies. • Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies. • Capable of effective time management and organizational skills.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role • Experience with Google Suite is a must • Experience with Salesforce and RingCentral will be an added advantage • Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude • Excellent communication skills • Must be able to comprehend and communicate in both written and verbal English fluently
