🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration, with a focus on declarative tools and processes. • Salesforce certifications including Administrator, Advanced Administration, and Platform App Builder are required. • Proven expertise in Salesforce Flows, integrations, and data analysis, with a track record of successful implementations in US companies. • Experience in the manufacturing, construction, or fulfillment industries is preferred. • Familiarity with ServiceMax integration is a plus. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. • Proactive mindset with the ability to understand requirements, propose creative solutions, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision. • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory. • Experience with US companies.
