Description

•Acolad is the global leader in content and language solutions supporting companies to scale and grow. •As Head of Sales Operations, you will drive a team covering key sales functions and processes. •You will lead budget planning, forecasting, sales analytics, and sales tool management. •Your role will involve mentoring and aligning sales operations to business objectives. •You will be responsible for driving the yearly budget process and ensuring effective sales strategies are adopted across the organization.

Requirements

•A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of sales or revenue operations, an existing experience of team management is a plus. •Strong expertise in sales tech stack, including Salesforce and Sales Navigator •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as the clarity of communications will be a great determinate of the effectiveness of the sales performance in an international environment •Strong adaptability to various audiences including general managers, heads of sales and Exco members. •Strategic & analytical thinking •Details and process oriented •Able to manage multiple priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced business environment •Perfect English, French is a plus
