Description
• Acolad transcriptionists convert voice-recorded legal proceedings into written text, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Responsibilities include transcribing audio recordings and reviewing/editing for quality.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. • Should be trained, preferably certified with a minimum experience of 2 years as a Legal Transcriptionist/ Editor. • Any additional experience in other areas (e.g. Medical) would be helpful. • Strong spoken and written English skills. • Must be able to coordinate with managers and team. • Must have excellent time management skills. • Must be ready to work in a US Eastern Time Zone environment with majority of time working in evening/night shifts. • Experience and knowledge of transcription platforms.
