🎯 Requirements
• Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on platforms, infrastructure, or developer-facing products. • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of cloud technologies, microservices architecture, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices. • Leadership Skills: Experience managing or mentoring product owners, with a track record of developing high-performing teams. • Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and drive long-term platform vision. • Execution Excellence: Proven ability to deliver complex platform initiatives in collaboration with engineering and cross-functional teams. • Communication & Influence: Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex challenges and drive solutions effectively. • Nice to have: Experience working with Kubernetes, serverless computing, and distributed systems. • Background in software engineering or a technical degree. • Experience with SaaS platforms and multi-tenant architectures. • Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and data platforms.
