• We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, proactive, and result-oriented Paid Social Media Campaign Manager. • You will also have excellent analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and work well within a team. • Most importantly you should have a passion for all things digital keeping a finger on the pulse on all social and digital trends. • Work closely with Acorn Strategy's in-house team to devise and implement paid social media strategies tailored to each client's objectives. • Take the lead on setting up, monitoring, and managing paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. • Regularly review key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement necessary changes, such as A/B testing of creative elements (copy, images, videos) and landing pages. • Handle campaign budget allocation to ensure effective spending and maximum ROI. • Generate insightful performance reports using data analytics tools, providing the Acorn Strategy team with actionable steps for future campaigns. • Make sure all campaign activities align with platform-specific guidelines and policies. • Keep abreast of industry changes and updates to ensure Acorn Strategy's campaigns remain competitive.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in paid social media advertising. • Solid understanding of performance metrics and KPIs. • Excellent analytical and optimization skills. • Proficient in social media advertising platforms and analytics tools. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
