Description
•Acquia empowers brands to create digital customer experiences that matter •The Hybrid Customer Value and Program Manager fosters relationships, drives customer success •This role ensures efficient execution of projects on Acquia’s DXP, including CDP •Understand customer requirements, provide strategic recommendations, delivering value by facilitating adoption
Requirements
•Exceptional communicator and listener with strong verbal and written skills •Strong organizational abilities and empathy in customer interactions •Effective presentation skills, especially to C-level executives •Ability to influence, advocate, and lead collaboratively •Analytical, resourceful, and skilled in problem-solving and consultative leadership •Proficient in SQL for data analysis (advantageous but not required) •Adept at both business/marketing and technical discussions with leadership capability •3+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting (preferably in a SaaS/digital agency) •Experience in program management, project management, or a similar role •Experience presenting to C-level contacts and creating strategic plans for enterprise accounts •Familiarity with various marketing technologies, for example, SEO, CRM, Marketing Automation, and Google Analytics •Project Management, Program Management, and/or SCRUM certification preferred
