Requirements

• Experienced Researcher: 1-3 years in both qualitative and quantitative user research across all stages: scoping, recruiting, data gathering, analyzing, and presenting. • Design Understanding: Thorough understanding of design thinking, user-centered design, interaction design, and heuristics. • Innovative Mindset: Eager to contribute to and drive brainstorming and iterative development. • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work openly and collaboratively, documenting insights to inform design visions. • Insightful Analyst: Driven to uncover and clarify information, justifying decisions that enhance user experiences. • Compelling Communicator: Proficiency in creating presentations, facilitating user sessions, and conveying insights through storytelling. • Workshop Facilitator: Skill in preparing and leading interactive workshops, ideation sessions, and data-driven decision-making. • Self-Starter: High level of quality execution in a fast-paced, complex environment.
