🎨 Product Designer (UI/UX)
• Design our core product – from major product features, to the interactions that leave users smiling. You'll own all consumer and business-facing experiences • Prototype visual and UX concepts, and drive the process to identify the right design choices for our product • Ship aesthetically pleasing user interfaces, mockups and animations that delight and add value to our users • Acts as the UI/UX expert/advisor on app design (including standards, best practices and accessibility) • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and various stakeholders, to contribute to the product roadmap and lead the team in solving user problems from ideation to execution • Inspire the team by bringing new ideas to the table, leading design sprints and advocating for our users
• 5+ years of progressive responsibility in product design or user experience design roles with heavy experience in Web (SaaS) apps (experience working in Analytics or no code is a big plus) • At least 2+ years designing for Analytics or something similar (no code/abstracting complex things). Looking for someone strong in dashboard visualization. • BA/BS degree in human-centered interaction, UX/UI design, or related field of study; OR equivalent professional work experience. • An excellent understanding of Analytics/Dashboards patterns and conventions. • Ability to balance great design solutions with an iterative approach (v1, v2, or v3 ) • Experience designing and prototyping complex workflows with Figma or similar products • Well versed in facilitation techniques that enable groups to build clarity and alignment • You elevate design through your approach - from actively seeking feedback, communicating designs, and setting the standard for execution • Expert understanding (including capabilities, patterns and limitations) of current web technologies • Would be great if you have design systems experience - we're a Typescript shop on the FE • Someone with an entrepreneurial spirit (low ego, highly intelligent, and a quick learner) and can work in an ambiguous environment • You’re an expert in the fundamentals: visual design, interaction design, and information architecture. • A strong portfolio showing your process of working through full end-to-end experiences, design thinking, and using research to drive decisions. • Nice to have: Some coding skills - HTML, CSS, Interaction level JavaScript
