📋 Description
• Acronis is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for sales support and technical consultations in Austria. • This role will involve collaboration with sales teams to design solutions for service providers and partners. • Responsibilities include customer engagements, evaluations, and providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. • The position requires analyzing business requirements and offering innovative solutions to complex customer needs.
🎯 Requirements
• At Least 5 years of experience in a relevant position • Cloud-based applications such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace • Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Storage solution design experiences • Security experience in one or more of the following areas: - Antivirus / Ransomware Protection - EDR/MDR/XDR - Email Security - Network Security • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Linux or other operating systems beneficial) • The ability to articulate technical and business value propositions • Experience in customer and sales opportunity management practices • Must be a good listener, creative, intuitive, a team player, and have the ability to resolve problems • A high level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high level of accuracy • Should be an articulate, persuasive, and polished oral and written communicator, able to discuss and negotiate around technical issues effectively • Fluent in English • Ability to travel (including international) *Please, submit your CV in English
