📋 Description
• Deploy and maintain hardware and software components in remote data centers. • Monitor and maintain hardware and software systems. • Manage and troubleshoot Linux-based infrastructure across remote data centers. • Evaluate, optimize, and modify system performance. • Develop automation tools to simplify routine tasks. • Document data center infrastructure and standard operating procedures.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in remote Data Center System Administration. • Advanced expertise with Linux Operating Systems (preferably CentOS), including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, patching, maintenance, and firmware/BIOS updates. • Strong proficiency in server hardware management and maintenance (e.g., drives, RAID, host-based adapters). • Solid understanding of the TCP/IP stack and advanced networking skills, including troubleshooting, patching, recovery, DHCP, routing, and VLAN management. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English. • Preferred: Linux certifications (e.g., RHCA , RHCE , or RHCSA). • Preferred: Automation expertise using Ansible and Python. • Preferred: Basic SQL scripting knowledge.
