Description

• Remote Systems Engineer role • Resolve tickets that are assigned or escalated • Work directly with MSP team to diagnose and resolve client-server application issues while providing excellent customer service • Provide advanced support for end users • Support our customers with great Customer Service • Resolve support tickets that will require both onsite and remote work • Update internal and client documentation as needed • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of client environments • Provide on call support after hours on a rotating basis

Requirements

• IT Associates Degree (or equivalent Experience) • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ • Microsoft MCSA/MCSE • Cisco CCNA/CCNE • VMware VCP • 5+ years plus experience working in a fast-paced MSP environment • Strong knowledge of IT and telecommunications infrastructure, hardware and software • Strong PC skills, proficient with MS Office and windows environments • Ability to independently diagnose and resolve challenging technical issues • Ability to keep up to date with current and future technologies • Proven background of providing excellent customer service • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • High degree of professionalism in dealing with difficult situations and demanding customers • Self- motivated with ability to work independently as well as in a team environment • Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
