📋 Description

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of systems (mainframe, mini, or client/server based). • Plan and monitor system optimization and resource utilization. • Perform system capacity analysis and planning. • Plan and monitor assistance to users in accessing and using business systems. • Analyze user needs to determine functional requirements and define problems. • Develop plans and requirements for moderately complex to complex systems related to: Information systems architecture Networking and telecommunications Automation and communication protocols Risk management and electronic analysis Software lifecycle management Software development methodologies Modeling and simulation. • Perform functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships. • Identify resources required for each task. • Provide expert-level support and guidance in complex technical areas. • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues. • Ensure system performance and reliability. • Develop and implement strategies for improving system efficiency and effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree • Experience: 5 years of experience supervising and managing the configuration and operation of systems (mainframe, mini, or client/server based) • Responsibilities include: Planning and monitoring the optimization of system operation and resource utilization. • Performing system capacity analysis and planning. • Planning and monitoring assistance to users in accessing and using business systems. • Recognized as an expert in the professional community and qualified by the government for an actual task order. • Strong knowledge of information systems architecture, networking, telecommunications, and software development. • Exceptional oral and written communication skills. • Proven ability to analyze and solve complex technical issues.
