📋 Description
• ActioNet has an opportunity for a Cloud Engineer • This role is remote and based in Suitland, MD • IT Engineer with experience in federal or state government enterprise-level programs • Applies extensive expertise as a generalist or specialist to solve complex problems requiring ingenuity and creativity • Performs work without appreciable direction; reviewed for desired results from a long-term perspective • Supports decisions that help the organization achieve critical objectives • May function in project leadership roles • Represents the organization as a primary customer contact on significant technical matters related to contracts • Design, develop, and implement complex cloud-based solutions • Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure and services • Lead technical projects and provide guidance to junior engineers • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues • Ensure system performance and reliability in a cloud environment • Monitor and optimize cloud resources for cost and performance efficiency
🎯 Requirements
• Education: Associate degree • Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in federal or state government enterprise-level programs • Demonstrated expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) • Experience solving complex technical issues in a cloud environment • Ability to lead projects and function as a primary customer contact • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
