• Job Title: Email/Social Graphic Designer • Job Type: Full-time / Remote • Job Overview: We’re helping our client, a fast-growing eCommerce brand specializing in premium menswear, find an Email/Social Graphic Designer to lead email design while supporting social media creatives. In this role, you will create high-converting email campaigns and compelling digital content that drives engagement and conversions. • Responsibilities: • Email Design & Marketing (Primary Focus) • Design visually striking and high-performing email campaigns, flows, and promotions aligned with brand aesthetics. • Collaborate with the Email Marketing team to develop HTML-friendly, optimized designs. • Create dynamic, modular templates for efficiency and scalability. • Optimize emails for performance through A/B testing (subject lines, CTAs, image variations). • Ensure brand consistency across all email communications. • Social Media Design (Secondary Focus) • Design engaging visuals for organic and paid social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. • Adapt email creatives for various formats, including stories, reels, and feed posts. • Balance promotional and organic brand storytelling in social visuals. • General Creative Support • Work with the marketing team to analyze performance metrics and iterate on designs accordingly. • Manage assets, maintain file organization, and ensure version control. • Stay up to date on design trends to keep the brand visually ahead of the curve.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in email and digital design, preferably in eCommerce or fashion. • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality email and social media designs. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD/Figma). • Experience working with email platforms like Klaviyo (preferred), Braze, or Iterable. • Understanding of email marketing best practices, including mobile optimization and accessibility. • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design. • Experience with motion graphics or GIF creation for social media.
