Customers can shop singles, packs, matching pairs, or subscribe for monthly drops. β’ Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Influencer Marketing Associate to support our influencer programs across Instagram and TikTok. In this role, you will help source and manage micro-influencers, oversee campaign execution, and foster strong relationships with content creators to amplify brand reach and engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, passionate about influencer marketing, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. β’ Responsibilities: β’ Identify and recruit micro-influencers for brand campaigns across Instagram and TikTok. β’ Assist in setting up and managing influencer campaigns within the brandβs influencer management platform. β’ Handle day-to-day communication with influencers, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely content delivery. β’ Support the Partnerships & PR team by coordinating and placing gifting orders. β’ Manage and evaluate incoming influencer partnership requests via brand social accounts. β’ Organize and distribute influencer-generated content to cross-functional teams for brand marketing use. β’ Stay informed on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape.
β’ 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing. β’ Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok influencer communities. β’ Experience managing influencer relationships and campaign execution. β’ Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. β’ Strong communication skills with a talent for building and maintaining relationships. β’ Familiarity with GRIN Influencer Platform is a plus. β’ Ability to work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team. β’ Must be available to overlap with West Coast hours.
