📋 Description
• We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email/Landing Page Designer to join our team part-time. • In this role, you’ll design and optimize email templates and landing pages that match client branding and drive engagement. • You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create visually appealing designs that help support various campaigns across different industries. • Design responsive email templates that work well on all devices and email clients, while following brand guidelines. • Create user-friendly landing pages to support campaigns, product launches, and lead generation. • Collaborate with the Creative Director and team to ensure designs meet client goals and brand standards. • Ensure designs are optimized for conversion, with clear calls to action and an easy-to-follow layout. • Test designs across multiple devices and platforms for consistency and functionality. • Use A/B testing and feedback to improve design performance over time. • Work with content teams to integrate copy and design elements into emails and landing pages. • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in email marketing, responsive design, and landing page optimization.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience as a designer with a portfolio showcasing email templates, landing pages, and digital assets. • Proficient in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and web design tools (Figma, Sketch). • Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS for coding responsive designs. • Familiar with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact) and email design best practices. • Experience with landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Leadpages) or similar tools. • A keen eye for design details such as typography, color, and layout. • Team player with great communication skills. • Experience with A/B testing, email analytics, and performance tracking is a plus. • Basic knowledge of JavaScript to add interactive elements to emails. • Understanding of UX/UI design and how to apply it to emails and landing pages. • Familiarity with SEO best practices for landing pages. • Experience working with e-commerce clients or designing for retail/consumer campaigns. • Familiar with marketing automation tools.
