β€’ Job title: LATAM Sales Development Representative (Open to all LATAM countries) β€’ Schedule: PST/EST business hours β€’ πŸ“’ Only Resumes in English will be considered πŸ“’ β€’ Job Overview: β€’ The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a crucial role in boosting business opportunities. β€’ This role focuses on generating and qualifying leads through cold outreach, conducting market and competitor research and carrying out initial discovery calls with identified prospects. β€’ The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, strong research and analytical abilities and a growth-oriented mindset. β€’ YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF: β€’ Prospecting and Sales β€’ Generate and build your own pipeline of leads and prospects β€’ Develop market and competitor research to identify opportunities β€’ Initiate cold outreach through calls, emails, and social media β€’ Conduct initial discovery calls to engage potential clients and pitch our offerings effectively β€’ Set appointments for Account Executives β€’ Analysis and Administrative β€’ Monitor and analyze SDR metrics β€’ Conduct win/loss analysis on closed opportunities β€’ Capture and summarize learnings/partner feedback from prospects β€’ Update and manage our CRM (Hubspot)

🎯 Requirements

β€’ A bachelor’s degree in the field of business administration, communications, marketing, or related field β€’ 2+ years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment, food tech is a bonus! β€’ Excellent English Communication and Presentation skills β€’ Strong Research and Analytical skills β€’ Knowledgeable in Google Suite and Hubspot
