Its diverse product offerings cater to a wide range of audiences, including specialized collections designed for different body types and personal styles. • About the role: We’re seeking a highly talented and forward-thinking Senior Email Designer who thrives on pushing creative boundaries and staying ahead of industry trends. This senior-level role demands exceptional proficiency in Photoshop and Klaviyo, with a proven ability to create engaging, visually striking email campaigns specifically within the beauty or fashion direct-to-consumer (DTC) space. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure precision in all creative executions, helping our brand stand out at every touchpoint. • Key Responsibilities: • Conceptualize and design engaging email campaigns aligned with brand vision. • Utilize Photoshop expertly to create compelling visuals and layouts. • Leverage Klaviyo to implement, manage, and optimize email campaigns effectively. • Work proactively within our collaborative platforms, Slack and Monday.com, to streamline communications and project management. • Ensure creative execution meets high-quality standards through meticulous attention to detail.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in email design with demonstrated leadership in creative innovation. • Mastery of Photoshop and advanced proficiency in Klaviyo. • Strong capability in strategic thinking, trend forecasting, and setting creative direction independently. • Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented approach to ensure flawless execution. • Previous experience working in the beauty or fashion DTC industry is required. • Familiarity with Slack and Monday.com is a significant advantage. • Must be available to work PST hours; this role is fully remote.
