Requirements

• 3-5 years proven client-facing experience in a large, business consultancy • 3+ years of Professional Services experience • Expertise in using PowerPoint to support solutioning for clients • Track record of success leading consulting teams to deliver impactful solutions for clients • Proven experience demonstrating and entrepreneurial mindset • Previously demonstrated exceptional teamwork and communication skills and the ability to interact with internal and client stakeholders at all levels throughout varies work cultures • Comfort with ambiguity and experience deploying frameworks and creating structures that mitigate client complexity • Understanding of and experience deploying solutions across core consulting capabilities, including but not limited to strategy development, business case development, roadmap creation, operating model design, organizational agility, change management, project management, process improvement, and customer experience
