Requirements

• 5+ years of Professional Services experience • 3+ years proven client-facing experience in a large, business consultancy • Track record of success leading consulting teams to deliver impactful solutions for clients • Previously demonstrated exceptional teamwork and communication skills and the ability to interact with internal and client stakeholders at all levels throughout varies work cultures • Comfort with ambiguity and experience deploying frameworks, designing processes, and creating structures that mitigate client complexity • Understanding of and experience deploying solutions across core consulting capabilities, including but not limited to strategy development, business case development, roadmap creation, operating model design, organizational agility, change management, project management, process improvement, and customer experience • MBA preferred
