• ActiveProspect is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Product to strategically guide our product management team. • This role, crucial in integrating strategic business directions from the CEO and CTO, requires experience in consent-based marketing and SaaS product management. • The VP of Product will be instrumental in shaping product development aligned with strategic business directions, market demands, and customer needs, especially focusing on optimizing pricing and packaging strategies while maintaining a similar focus on developing and mentoring your Product team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management within the SaaS and marketing technology sectors, demonstrating successful team leadership and innovative product delivery • Proven expertise in the principles and practices of consent-based marketing, including a thorough understanding of its regulatory environment • Strong experience in developing pricing strategies and packaging models that drive market penetration and customer retention • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team, fostering an environment of accountability and growth • Strong analytical skills and a robust approach to data-driven decision making
