Description

• Lead and manage ERP implementation projects, with a focus on Manufacturing or Supply Chain environments. • Develop and maintain project charters, detailed project plans, and schedules. • Proactively manage project risks and scope, including identifying potential risks and raising them with appropriate stakeholders. • Manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability, and holding team members and stakeholders accountable to the scope and budget. • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning and execution to monitoring, closure, and post-project evaluations. • Collaborate closely with external customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ranging from a small group of people to large teams with hundreds of stakeholders. • Maintain strong communication with customers, keeping them informed on project status, milestones, and potential risks. • Ensure timely project delivery, within agreed-upon scope and budget, and track project performance against established KPIs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in a professional services environment working with external customers. • Strong ERP experience, particularly within Manufacturing or Supply Chain industries. • Previous experience working on product-based projects, ideally with a focus on manufacturing or production of physical goods (e.g., widgets). • Demonstrated ability to manage project charters, risk and scope management, and raising risks with internal and external stakeholders. • Experience working with customers of varying sizes, from small to large projects with multiple stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage project financials, ensuring adherence to budget, and holding teams accountable for project scope and deliverables. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on detail and timely delivery. • Preferred: PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications. • Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar. • Strong background in managing projects in the manufacturing or supply chain sectors.
