Description

Requirements

• Experience with data-driven learning assessments and reporting. • Certification in instructional design or e-learning development (e.g., CPLP, ATD, etc.). • Familiarity with agile development methodologies for learning content. • Experience in SaaS, technology, or technical product training is a must. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • 6+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Technical Writing and Content editing for a technical, software solution • Experience creating documentation for products, including scoping documentation requirements, and writing and editing a variety of technical documents • Strategic thinker and a phenomenal writer who has honed short-form copywriting and long-form content creation • Customer-centric mentality with an innate ability to understand the customer’s needs and challenges, and then translate them into compelling content • Superior project management skills and a deep understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
