Description
•At activpayroll, we take pride in our extensive global presence and our commitment to building specialist payroll teams that deliver brilliant outcomes for our customers. •In this role, you'll not only process payroll and have lots of interaction with our customers, but also lead and manage our fantastic payroll team. •We have embraced home working in Ireland, so this role is offered on a remote basis, however the successful candidate must be physically located in Ireland with the necessary right to live and work.
Requirements
•A subject matter expert in Irish payroll with clear experience of delivering payrolls ideally in a bureau environment •Experienced in managing and motivating others, acting as a leader for your team •A fantastic communicator and an individual who takes initiative and pride in their work •Up to date with Irish regulatory requirements and legislative changes ensuring that all payrolls are compliant with Irish regulations •Practical, flexible and adaptable; solution-oriented not dogmatic or theoretical; happy to be in the middle of the work •Compelling in your interpersonal style; positive, authentic and likeable •Instinctively collaborative; a team player as well as team leader •Very high integrity, a role model of doing the right thing
