Description

• Our Technical Implementation team forms a critical step in the path to delivering a fantastic customer experience, leading the full implementation of our global activ8 system from requirement gathering and data collection through to system configuration and user testing. • Our client base is global, so you will have the added dimension of working with a diverse customer base with a host of individual requirements, which keeps every day interesting.

Requirements

• Solutions focussed technical expert with experience in supporting HRIS and/ or payroll applications • Experience in managing multi-discipline teams, able to act as coach and mentor and building high performance teams • Experience in business process mapping, and gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups • Experience in writing technical specifications and a wizard on all things MS Word, Visio and Excel • Fantastic customer service skills with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and build great relationships with clients
