📋 Description

• The Purchasing business analyst will be responsible for developing and sustaining the data processing processes inherent to Purchasing and the Supply Chain. • Guarantee the relevance and integrity of the data, thus enabling decision-making to be accelerated. • Control tower of the department and promoter of the digital transformation of the company, he/she will ensure the organization, accessibility and homogeneity of data. • Collect and analyze data from multiple sources such as internal database, historical data, external suppliers, market trends, etc. • Update and monitor data relating to Purchasing and Supply Chain in the ERP.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or another appropriate discipline • Minimum of 5 years working experience • Experience in a global company supporting a purchasing or supply planning environment preferred • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required • Understanding in ERP systems required • Bilingual French and English: To serve clients and external service providers across Canada and USA • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, and ability to manage multiple deadlines • Autonomy, initiative and leadership qualities • Ability to work in a constantly changing and dynamic environment • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships • Ability to multi-task and maintain composure in stressful situations
