• Reporting to the Vice President, Global Customer Marketing & Communications. • The Marketing Content Manager will support the global sales team in driving the creation, management, and optimization of customer-centric content across platforms. • Ensures that all customer-facing content is engaging, consistent, and aligned with business goals. • This role is a blend of content development, project management, creative direction, and storytelling. • Plays a key part in maintaining visual and narrative coherence across all communication channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations or related field. • 5+ years of experience in a similar communications role. • Excellent writing skills in English (priority) and French. • Strong listening and communication skills. • Ability to provide advice to internal clients and management. • Ability to articulate complex subject matter in a straightforward, concise, and easily digestible manner for various audiences. • The ability to juggle multiple projects while being flexible to accommodate shifting priorities. • Initiative and team spirit, at ease in a remote working environment. • Sense of organization and priorities, rigor, and attention to detail. • B2B experience in the technology sector an asset.
