📋 Description
• Develop and lead the Master Data strategy for the finance domain • Own the build-out of the finance domain model • Drive the reporting and analytics strategy • Collaborate with finance, technology, and operations teams • Ensure that all finance data adheres to governance frameworks • Establish and maintain key metrics (KPIs) • Lead change management initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field • 5+ years of experience in finance data management, analytics, and reporting • Strong understanding of financial systems, ERP integrations, and master data management • Proven ability to manage large-scale data projects involving multiple stakeholders and system integrations • Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
