🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry (or Chemical/Petrochemical) • Ability to develop and lead cross-functional teams • Manage client relationships and develop business • Relevant experience in process safety management • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related engineering field • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills • Experience in developing, implementing, or managing PSM programs • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
