🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience designing, building and maintaining applications. • Experience covering both frontend and backend. • Structuring codebases that are maintainable and easily understood. • Following best practices and ability to coach other developers. • Experience with web frameworks (Rails, Django or similar). • Testing large complex applications using a test driven approach. • Operating large systems following an SRE approach. • Promoting observability and metrics lead approach. • Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures and algorithms). • Professional experience with Rails, Rust or similar language. • Streaming data experience in a real time context.
