📋 Description
• As Ada’s Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist, you will report directly to the Financial Operations Manager and play a role in executing and optimizing our daily financial operations. • In this position, you will manage essential tasks across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and procurement, ensuring that all financial transactions are processed efficiently and in full compliance with our policies. • Process invoices, ensure timely approvals, and manage vendor payments. • Address payment discrepancies (e.g., duplicate invoices, statement reconciliation). • Reconciliation of Expense and Travel Reimbursements. • Management of Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable mailboxes. • Assist in processing customer invoices and tracking incoming payments. • Help maintain accurate records and support the collection process. • Help document procurement procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. • Assist with month-end processing and accurate recording of financial transactions.
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, account receivables, or similar roles. • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets. • ERP Experience: Familiarity with Netsuite is preferred, but exposure to similar ERP systems is also valuable. • Experience with P2P systems such as ZIP HQ, Tipalti, or Coupa is considered a bonus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels across the organization. • You are looking to be in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn and grow. • Prior experience working in a startup environment
